The pipeline tracker gives owners and operators a real-time view of where every deal, client, or active engagement sits in the business cycle. Unlike a CRM that merely stores contacts, the pipeline tracker enforces stage logic: a contact cannot move to Proposal Sent without a consultation completed, and cannot move to Active Contract without a proposal signed.
