Pricing

Pricing, scoped to the overhaul — not sold off a menu.

Investment is scoped to the work, not quoted before the work is understood. Pricing is set in the proposal, after the diagnostic shows what actually needs replacing.

The engagement model

Three stages: Diagnostic, Overhaul, Run.

Diagnostic entry

The Business OS Diagnostic is the entry point: a teardown, scorecard, AI fit review, SaaS replacement map, and a recommended next step. Specific terms are confirmed when you book.

Overhaul proposal

The proposal turns the diagnostic into branded Business OS modules with a clear scope — Quick Win Build, Core Business OS, or Full Overhaul. Investment and ownership terms (what you own, what YInfra manages, what is exportable, and what happens if the engagement ends) are scoped here.

Ongoing operating layer

Once live, YInfra runs and maintains the operating layer — consolidating tools, training staff, and adding AI only where the workflow can support it. Ongoing terms are set in the proposal and service agreement.

The comparison

What you are paying now, tool by tool.

Most local businesses run 6 to 10 separate tools — separate bills, separate logins, and none of them fully integrated. At $800 to $2,400 per tool per year, that is roughly $4,800 to $24,000 in annual SaaS spend. The example stack below sits near the low end of that range; your actual number depends on which tools and tiers you run.

Cost

The math behind replacing your SaaS stack

A typical local business runs on six to ten rented SaaS tools — website builder, booking, CRM, email and SMS, payments, reviews, forms, and scheduling. Separately billed, never integrated, and none of it truly yours. Average spend: $800–$2,400 per year per tool, compounding monthly, forever.

Monthly cost of a typical rented SaaS stack versus the same capability owned inside a YInfra build.
ToolRented (avg/mo)With YInfra
Website builder$29/moOwned — included in your build
Online booking$49/moOwned booking layer — connects to your calendar
CRM$99/moOwned — live in your console
Email & SMS$79/moOwned — branded email, connect-ready
Payment processing2.9% + 30¢Built in — your processor's same rates, zero extra tool
Reviews / reputation$49/moIntegrated — not a separate subscription
Forms$29/moOwned — intake flows into CRM directly
Scheduling$15/moOwned — booking layer included

The rented stack above runs $349/mo — over $4,000/year — for tools that never talk to each other. A YInfra build replaces all of it with one owned operating layer, built to your spec, branded as yours. You pay to build it once; you own it after.

Investment and ownership

How investment is scoped.

There is no menu price. The Business OS Diagnostic comes first; the overhaul proposal is where investment and ownership terms are scoped to the actual work.

The proposal sets what you own, what YInfra manages, what is exportable, and what happens if the engagement ends. Investment is scoped against the recommended path — never quoted before the diagnostic shows what needs replacing.

The three paths

One of three scopes, recommended by the diagnostic.

The diagnostic ends with a recommended scope. Each path removes the highest-friction handoff first, then expands from there.

Quick Win Build

Narrowest scope

Replace the single highest-friction handoff first — the one leaking the most leads or staff time — and prove the owned layer before expanding.

Core Business OS

Foundational layer

Stand up the core operating layer: intake, CRM and pipeline, booking, and follow-up wired together as one branded system the team uses daily.

Full Overhaul

End to end

Replace the rented stack end to end — presence, intake, CRM, email, payments, and automation — with AI added only where the workflow is stable enough to support it.

Pricing FAQ

Cost, timing, and what you own.

How much does my current SaaS stack cost?

A typical local business spends $800–$2,400 per tool per year. With 6–10 tools, that is $4,800–$24,000 in annual SaaS spend — for tools you don't own and can't take with you. A YInfra build replaces that stack with one owned operating layer; the investment is scoped in the overhaul proposal after the diagnostic.

How fast can I see results?

The Business OS Diagnostic takes 1–2 weeks to deliver a full teardown and replacement map. The first Quick Win Build (the highest-friction handoff we identify) typically ships within 4–6 weeks of the diagnostic. Intake begins within 24–48 hours of a qualified consultation request on our rolling intake schedule.

Do clients own the system?

For managed cloud clients, ownership means portable data, exportable configuration, clear exit rights, and client-specific workflow IP. Literal infrastructure ownership is the self-host deployment case.
